What if I receive the wrong order?

If a member receives a product that is defective or that is different from the product they ordered, please escalate the issue. We will work with Victorinox to provide a prepaid shipping label that will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

In the case that a replacement item cannot be secured, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days after receipt of the product by VSA.
